Committee signups are posted on Track It Forward. Committees help distribute the responsibility for important, recurring tasks. By serving on a committee, parents can choose a consistent role for the season while also making sure the band has reliable behind-the-scenes support.When you join a committee, the Committee Lead (or the Exec Board Liaison) will reach out to learn how you’d like to help, match tasks to your strengths and schedule, and answer any questions.No one is expected to do everything! We share the load and help where we can—every bit makes a difference.

Concessions Planning Committee

What we do: Plan and prep concessions—our biggest ongoing fundraiser during the season. While the whole band family helps run the stand on game days, the planning committee makes sure everything is ready so volunteers can show up and jump right in.

Typical ways to help: Set the menu and plan quantities, Order and pick up supplies, Check that equipment is working and ready, Make sure the stand is stocked and set for game-day, secure volunteers

Hours spent on the planning committee count toward the 8-hour family requirement.

Important note: This is not the signup to work concession shifts. Those signups are posted for each game day.
