Direct the first responder vehicles into place starting at 11:30 am, making sure pylons and signage are up for parking flow, directing the ticket line direction to keep it from being in the parking lot or blocking the parking lot, keeping fire lanes clear, managing changing the signs related to parking availability, making sure people only park in designated spots to reduce traffic blocks. Volunteers must wear his visibility safety vests for this role, supplied by us. Carry a Walkie and work with Event organizer to assist in ensuring that event materials are refilled as needed, and volunteer support is managed in a reasonable timeframe. You will help refill candy stations, bring coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water and food to volunteers when needed, cover stations to allow for bathroom breaks or warm up breaks when needed, direct attendees as needed to bathrooms or activities, and other similar tasks. This position will need to attend an orientation on Tuesday, October 20 at 5pm. You will get your steps in for the day in this role. Comfortable walking shoes are a must. This position will be making sure the lines keep moving, asking each child which tattoo they want. When children are near front of line and their turn is almost up, Wash the arm and apply tattoo sticker. This will be inside the barn. If line is slow you may help with craft stations.

Help apply glitter tattoos for those who purchase them as part of the fundraiser. Follow AHS guidelines for handwashing and application, keep space clean.

Pop and serve popcorn to people paying for it at the event. Must be at least 16 years old to run popcorn machine. Return machine to Main Building after event. One person may volunteer as support if under 16.

Make cotton candy to people paying for it at the event. Help clean the machine after the event. Must be at least 16 years old to run cotton candy machine. One person may volunteer as support if under 16.

Clean tables and chairs, put back where they belong, sweep, take down decorations, cleaning the bathrooms, shutting off the lights after the facilities are cleaned.
