Exhibitor set-up
Assist exhibitors to find their assigned spot and move materials in to event center
6:30am - 10:30am
Volunteer Desk - Shift 1
Responsible for checking volunteers in & out & making sure the volunteer understands their job for the day.
7:00am - 9:30am
Attendee Registration
Check-in attendees at the main registration desk &, provide conference information if requested.
7:00am - 11:00am
Information/Registration
Answer attendee questions assist WLC staff as needed.

Hospitality
Guide attendees to exhibit/vendor area, lunch & return to their seats for Keynote (1:00) in Bishop ballroom Responsible for directing attendees to information desk, restrooms & lunch.
10:30am - 2:30pm
Volunteer Desk - Shift 2
Responsible for checking volunteers in & out & making sure the volunteer understands their job for the day.
11:00am - 3:00pm
Information/Registration
Answer attendee questions assist WLC staff as needed.
2:00pm - 4:00pm
Hospitality
Assist attendees to move to breakout sessions (2:30-3:30) in Skinner/1B & Bishop/1A, then back to keynote in Bishop (4:00)
