On the second Saturday of each month from 9am-1pm, volunteers will help at Sankofa Wetland Park & Nature Trail by planting native trees & plants, conducting trail maintenance, weeding, removing invasive plants, etc! The efforts of volunteers greatly increase Sankofa’s ability to provide a rich wetland habitat where wildlife can thrive and a beautiful natural setting for the community to enjoy.
