Gift Card Donation – Costco/Sam’s Club/Smart & Final/Visa

If you would like to donate gift cards; to help purchase items for the Visual and Performing Arts upcoming Spring Play; we would greatly appreciate it. The gift cards are used to purchase items for the concession stand, bravo grams, and raffle gift basket. The gift card(s) can be turned into Mrs. Lorraine Limatola, Administrative Coordinator between the date that you sign-up through March 3rd. The total amount of the gift card would need to be $25.00 to receive 1 hour; however you can donate as many hours as you would like (for example, if you need 5 hours; a gift card would need to be purchased for $125.00. breakdown of the service hours credit is as follows: $25.00 x 5 hrs. = $125.00. The credit amount will be approved after card(s) is/are received; and after the "hours" have been submitted onto "Track it Forward". Start & end times listed in this posting are non-applicable; since this is a "donation" opposed to volunteering for an event.
