Hilltop BioBlitz - Day 1

The goal of the 2nd annual LMNGBR BioBlitz is to survey the diversity of species at Hilltop Arboretum.
6:00 p.m. Start to set up moth sheets and lights, insect drop traps, and trail cameras to photograph nocturnal animals.
7:00 p.m. Bring a picnic and enjoy dinner with your LMNGBR friends.
After sunset: Astronomy talk and star gazing with Dr. Kathy Morden by the campfire.
Ongoing: Find and document species of all kinds in iNaturalist.
Time TBA: Ben Grizzle will lead a herp survey.

All hands are needed for this important event which we are hosting at the request of our very important partner, Hilltop Arboretum. April is a very busy month, so if you can squeeze in a shift on any of the two days, we would greatly appreciate it! While the event is not open to the public this year, you are welcome to bring guests.
