Trifecta 2026
Saturday, November 07 2026
Volunteer for Trifecta 2026! On Saturday, November 7, DORBA riders take on Horseshoe, Knob Hills, and Northshore in one eight-hour mountain bike challenge, and then everyone celebrates with a finish-line festival at Northshore (MADD Shelter, Murrell Park) with live music, food, and vendors. We need volunteers all day, from rider check-in, parking, and trail transport at Horseshoe, to the Knob Hills aid station, to site build, vendor load-in, finish-line check-out, festival gate, floaters and trash, and teardown at Northshore. Pick a shift, and we’ll see you at the event!
Note the Shift Location!
Trifecta happens at three locations, and the event page lists the MADD Shelter (Northshore) as the primary location. Check the prefix on each shift title so you show up in the right place:
HS: Horseshoe Trails, Grapevine (ride start, check-in, parking)
KH: Knob Hills, Roanoke (aid station)
NS: Northshore, MADD Shelter at Murrell Park, Flower Mound (finish line and festival)
HS>>NS: Transport from Horseshoe to Northshore
Morning shifts are mostly at Horseshoe, and afternoon and evening shifts are at Northshore. Double-check your shift’s location before you head out on Saturday.
How to Log Your Hours
Sign Up: Pick your shift(s) on this page so we know you’re coming.
Log After the Event: Once you’ve finished, enter your hours in Track It Forward.
Specifics: In the “Notes” section of your log, briefly list what you did (e.g., “Horseshoe check-in desk” or “Northshore parking and teardown”).
Get out to Northshore bright and early to cordon off event areas.
Horseshoe:
Set up tent, tables, signage, registrant list, then help with check-in.
Northshore:
Help set up arch DORBA tents and general site prep for festival.
